Today I have uploaded the MemeChat Database for you to download, thanks for reading and enjoy!



In June 2022, the Meme sharing App MemeChat suffered a data breach. The breach only included Usernames and Email addresses. In total, 7.4 million users were affected. MemeChat was breached because they left their ElasticSearch Server open to the public. They have done this on multiple occasions in the past.

Compromised data: Usernames, Email addresses
The .7z File's MD5 Hash is 471DB5DC1CD98247D661DB35EB2EF667. In total, there are 7449717 records. The file is 936.06MB uncompressed and 129.61MB compressed.

checking on my files i saw one dataset from the site since january with 5m the first time when i got it, (updated the thread minutes ago with 7.4m) almost 7.5m
and yes they leave the ES continually open*

my bot found the server and they have this meme file which is huge but useless crap. I just dump the database lol

Amazing that they're making the mistakes *MULTIPLE* times.

Maybe since they have this clause on their "MEMECHAT TERMS & CONDITIONS", they feel it is not all that important to protect their customers' data:
