Today I have uploaded the Estante Virtual Database for you to download, thanks for reading and enjoy!



In February 2019, the largest book portal in Brazil Estante Virtual suffered a data breach. The attack led to the exposure of data including Full names, Usernames, Email addresses, Physical addresses and Passwords stored as SHA-1 hashes. In total, 5.4 million users were affected. The website was breached by "Gnosticplayers".

Compromised data: Full names, Usernames, Email addresses, Physical addresses, Passwords
The .7z File's MD5 Hash is 22AAD9E665AB24458BE27C67BFBC813B. In total, there are 5459402 records. The file is 1.7GB uncompressed and 461.16MB compressed.

@bash I don't think the CSV Header was ever shared.

I didn't go very deep, but in case it's useful to someone, here's what I could identify:

name, username, password,?, ?, ?, city, state, email, full name, address, neighborhood, zip, phone, ?,?,?,?,?,store name,zone,country,document (cpf or cnpj),store email?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?



the dates in some columns probably refer to the registration date, last sale, last update and date of birth.
some columns of the integer type, may refer to the total number of sales, number of products purchased and number of products registered.


unfortunately the person responsible for the leak did not handle the data well.
