Some of these are torrent sites, so be sure to use good torrent software. I recommend QBittorent since it doesn't have ads and trackers, unlike Bittorent or Utorrent. Using a VPN is also recommended when downloading pirated stuff so you can avoid receiving Copyright notices from your ISP. I usually use Mullvad VPN
