Most people would use C, C++, or C#. Assembly would probably be overkill if you are a complete beginner.

A low level language would be better (C, C++, C#) because they use less api's and take up less space making them harder to detect, but if you are just making malware for fun and you are a beginner, I would just use python to first get a good understanding how working with the machine is done.

actually i have coded for pick16f877A before but i can start with c and c++ as you suggested (i have Java knowledge, I don't think i will have difficulty). ( https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/devicedoc/39582b.pdf )
