I'm looking for advice from ppl who do cold email marketing
any good advice for new people who are recently getting started (mainly to hit Hotmail inbox)
ps: I have knowledge about DKIM SPF and Linux servers I can easily setup PowerMTA on a clean IP clean domain name and have 10/10 mail-tester score

what I'm asking about is some advice from people who have experience in stuff like this.

Read about "email warm-up". This would be needed if you are planning to go at scale.

Well, if or if you have to Validate your database,
The hotmail /outlook are validated from clean ips before the Spamhaus and Barracuda filters, there is another method of hotmail validation through the login panel.

If you already have your server optimized with mx, spf, dkim, dmarc, ptr, etc, you still need to generate your reputation, start sending to emails that you know 100% exist and have a predisposition to read or open messages, increase the amount by a 30% daily approx.

Add your ip to hotmail postmaster, if you use Powermta you will be able to see which emails are Spamtrap by analyzing the logs and the hotmail postmaster record.

You have to warum-up your domain/IP that's the only way as per my knowledge.
