I can fix it!
Try to relax yourself and do some sport is good for your situation.Sport is everything,hope this would help you.You could try Yoga,jogging,or even push up would work.

How do I fix this feeling? Usually sleep provides a good reset to any kind of feeling off, but it hasn't helped.


Had that once, just chill out and 'de-tox'. Ie don't log onto breached, don't open any social medias, get some fresh air. Talk to some people irl
