I need a script to change ExpressVPN IP every 3 minutes exactly and to be able to use IPs in order not randomly and when it goes through all of them to go back from the first IP and use it again
is there anyone here able to do it?

There are a few things I'd need to know more to answer your questions:
- can you provide an ExpressVPN account for testing purposes ?
- how would you provide the order of the IPs ?
- on which OS would you want this to work ?

Hmmm,
No I cannot provide you with my expressvpn account sadly you may try to get a trial account
OS : Windows there is already a script for linux on github but I need it for windows.
