Compared with tor its a closed network, or at least intended to be (you can use outproxies i guess).
There is a number of these hidden networks ive only used tor and i2p, honestly i would like to see a Breach forums b32.i2p address but i do not know how many here would use it. Also registering b32 as shorter I2P requires you to trust a third party (reg.i2p) if I remember correctly, which defeats the purpose of cryptographic ownership. Basically its on you to get the correct link, if you get pwned because a jump service that is on you, not a fault of i2p. also you have b32 mixed up as that's the equivalent of .onion.
