I'm looking to encrypt my data, and so far I seem to be in favor of LUKS.
I'm currently running this on a debian box, and I have an unencrypted primary drive, and then a separate encrypted drive.

Does anyone have any thoughts or concerns regarding LUKS?

I use LUKS every day, would always recommend. Watch out what encryption algorithm you use though.

Veracrypt is good aswell
Ransomware is just bug bounties but you have to pay whatever the finder wants - pom
