I just went through there, and it was a total disaster, some people were even trying to use it to scam.
Also, why publishing a book or a tutorial be considered a freebie? I think they should be in general tutorials or somewhere else.
In general, there are only a few threads there deserve to stay there and I suggest making the threads be approved by a mod before publishing.

Yeah it should be added some people even post links to a website  that autodownload malware in the image of free crypto or something else
