i think having a shoutbox for members who have actually contributed to the forums would be good way to curb the SB scrapers + feds and security analysts.
contributed meaning published stuff to the forum that is related to the databases, marketplace, leaks etc.

not that i deem worthy. the same can be said about the Upgraded Lounge of the forum
