I mean based on what I can tell, I cracked two of the hashes, and both of the hashes belong to banned users that look like randoms, so that's already a sign.

Unless they can provide better evidence, or the BEST evidence, allowing users to get the hashes of themselves, it's just gonna have to be taken as fake. Basically no good evidence, and I'm certain if they actually did this, they'd have a better sample.
