im currently looking out to hire someone to help me with developing an Highly flexible modular ERP system for a client of mine. A little insights to what the system should be able is as follow 

NETWORK

• High Availability
• able to handle 500,000 invoice transaction per day
• with 5000 shops
• and 10,000 user
• ACCESS TO DATABASE: 300 transation every second ~ need replication
• System requires VPN to access
• 5 - 6 third party vendor that can link to their current system

its best if you have the following skills 

• proficiency in Japanese language is a plus
• a strong technical leader
• thorough knowledge in making complex system
• familiar with making a mission critical system
• able to act as an system architect
• proficient in all type of programming languages (with a deep knowledge in C++/C/Assembly)
