.dump extension. How to open it?

Hello. I hacked the server of one of the Russian airports and pumped out of it a table with the Russians.
The file is located in the extension .dump and russian characters in it break. I tried everything, of course translated into .txt and .sql
Help me please. If successful, I will publish it without paying credits. Again, only Russian symbol don't work.

Try WinDbg. Also, you may try installing Russian pack for Windows for characters to work properly.

LE: Interested in the data :D

Try EmEditor it's available as freeware. It can open many types of files even performs better with huge txt files that sizes > 100GB

So, .dump files usual are associated with dumps/backups from Postgres databases, if that's the case, you should fire up a docker with Postgres instance and import the db.

pg_restore -U db-user -d db < dump.dump
