rules around reposting/cleaning databases

Quick question

What is the rule regarding posting "cleaned up" leaks of existing databases.

Certain database leaks do not work that well with tools like ripgrep because they contain multiple data entries on one line.

I have managed to clear up a few of these databases, ensuring there is one line per data record which allows it to be searched much easier in ripgrep.

Am I able to post the cleaned version in the database forum as a new thread even though the original database has its own thread already, or is that considered reposting ?
If not, where would be the best place to share these ?

I've got no idea but I've seen people constantly doing it.

I thought so too, but I have seen some getting deleted and users warned with bans.
