Damn, nothing on my system could figure out what the fuck it was.

I figured any basic ass anti-virus can tell you that your clipboard was fucking modified within a few seconds of you pressing CTRL+C like some sort of monitoring system or find out what program made the call.

Rip 20 bucks but damn anyone have any idea how to avoid this trash.

I already got rid of it but even most commercial AV'S have 0 fucking clue what it's doing.

"damn anyone have any idea how to avoid this trash." Before sending the crypto double-check the address you pasted.

Using some proprietary shit and the address matched up to a few chars it was not your typical crypto clipper

Yeah, firstly clippers are SUPER fucking easy to bypass AV because they don't do anything inherently suspicious and my clipper was undetected entirely by VT for over 3 days and when it got detected it was from a separate company doing analysis.

Secondly there's a lot of anti-clipper software you can get (google) and it's always just a good practise to paste the address somewhere then double check it's the correct one it takes only 5 seconds to verify it.
I need me a bitch who knows how to take a fall down the stairs without blabbing.

You should've checked every character, but mistakes happen.  :pomsad:

Oh nooo! Im sorry that happened to you. Honestly when it comes to crypto transactions it got to the point where I've just had to manually verify all the information was correct. No point risking it.

After doing some real investigation and following the source.
It wasn't my pc that was crypto-clipped.
It was my parsec instance to another computer that was crypto clipped.
I tend to keep both open but the program sends clipboard data.

What a fucking mess.
Anyways Both machines returned to sanitized state.
Glad i figured it out thanks for all the advice boys and gals.
