I was able to access a bank account. I want to withdraw $50 million with a purchase without receiving the verification code
Does anyone have any experience with that? I want to make the process without any verification just an immediate purchase

Find an exchange that allows purchasing via bank transfer, verify an account with it, transfer the money in small increments, withdraw via bitcoin/monero. Or, use a P2P crypto exchange.
Simple as that.

It is not possible because the money transfer must be written in the verification code in Arab banks, which is a code that is delivered to the mobile phone registered with the bank

It is better to buy from a site directly and there is no 3D SECURE

I'm not sure if I understand the exact mechanism you're talking about. If you're saying to authorize a transfer you need to input an OTP, then the only option is to either phish the bank account owner or to hack the bank.

3ds security is very difficult to overcome it, just need to fluctuate the balance of unknown origin, the victim will freeze the account
