The only way you will stay 100% safe is by not using the internet.

Use a free VPN (or a paid one).

ProtonVPN for those of us who have "protonmail" accounts.

Tor also works but is usually damn slow.

Or use your neighbour's Wifi. If the cops come to their door, scram.

Nothing is imposible you can always get caught but most people like police will quit searching after some time :)

they can see where you connected from and can see the vpn logs if the compnany of the vpn allows so you can use a proxy but they can catch you by looking at the logs you can still use a proxy chain witch will take time for them to find u

Where is hidden service inside tor?

Always use Free Public Wi-Fi Spots when you are doing something more risky, always use VPN and if possible use devices that you can destroy after using. Not 100% but it will help
