Upon your thread/post/rep being modified or removed, you should receive an alert about it.
All ban (and maybe warn) history of a user should be accessible on their profile.
Being banned from the shoutbox should come with a reason and the name of the staff member who did it.

I would also like to know the cock size of all the staff members, we the users have the right to know.
