Why you should be unbanned: I want continue my account some time by mistake bacause I using a mobile and click on the post or maybe refresh

It's not because you're refreshing, you're attempting to reply to posts by just quoting the original post and adding nothing.

I've told you like 5 times now not to do this

I using the mobile some time refresh. That is reason I am not spammer I am real user please unbanned me I am first use fourm like this I will avoid the reply like you said when I.  Am reply see the sample or work data

Example: you spam "thanks" "thank you" etc. on databases, leaks, combolists, etc. But not contributing back to our forum.

Consider contributing to our forum or deal with the consequences. You can contribute anything.
