This is a program using the Magtech API to append raw data to a text file.

As far as I know this program is compatible with the 20040145 card reader
the 21073062 card reader and the 21073145 card reader.

It definitely could be improved.

If you guys really like this I may make similar programs for other card readers or add features to this version.
