ya theyre annoying :/

It's for Moderators. It is much easier to manage and navigate bans having a system like that. It works much better than just messaging admins on telegram.

I understand, but at least make it some sort of filter option. Some users actually also enjoy looking at them because the titles can be funny so I understand, but making it mandatory to look at doesn't make much sense.

GOD Users can now read ban appeals.

This is due to the fact that we don't want them being scraped (easily, at least)
