I started going to the gym, and I want some tips, routines, etc...

What is your workout routine? How many times per week do you go to the gym?

What are some tips?

What are you eating / what's your diet?

Are you supplementing?

Well it depends on your goals.

Are you training for strength, endurance, general fitness, or weight loss?

My workout routine is basically runs on mon, wed, fri, gym days on tues, thurs, sat and sun.

If I'm feeling tired a particular day I just skip that day, but I prioritise run days.

My tips are just be consistent, and diet is impt af.

I kind of want to take things slow, so I guess general fitness and some strength training.

I think I'll also take up running in the future...

At the moment, my diet consists of healthy lean meals with lots of vegetables with an occasional cheat meal, like once per 1-2 weeks.
