The person who transmitted it claimed that the leak occurred in 2022,

Looks to be a breach from January 2019, random checking with HIBP that seems to be the case, i might put the whole file to check it later. Even in sample you provided looks to be old leak.

think i know where this came from, i've seen it a couple times around forums.
