Make it so they have to type a minimum of like 20 characters even if they quote somebody, especially on parts of the forum which have hidden content that requires a reply.

It's annoying af to get constant notifications from people that simply quote the first post and contribute nothing else at all...

(I get that they are just here for what they want and then leave but at least make them do more than empty quote)
