I think it might be a good idea to lock/stop posts on a post made in the Introduction section after a few days or weeks since the section tends to be filled with a bunch of necroposting as is.
Maybe not a time frame since the thread was created but since the last reply was made, but yeah, it isn't really an introduction anymore once the member has been active for a long time.

I was thinking about locking after roughly 7-14 days from creation time rather than from the last reply since I doesn't really stop necro-posting.
