Basically, depending on which country you're in, the FDA equivalent will have lower standards for supplements compared to, say, actual medication... so be careful

Ive been taking vitamin D3 and Vitamin C for quite a while now. Every now and then ill take a multi vitamin, For me personally it helps with my general gut health.

Fish oil and Selenium. People know about the benefits of fish oil but not many people know about the benefits of Selenium - great cancer fighting drug by promoting T-cell activity and health. It's actually crazy how it isn't being promoted more, probably medical companies wanting cancer profit.

Only vit D. Quite difficult to get it without suplements
