RTX 4090

Has anyone seen the size of the new 40 series, idk how it will fit in any PC case.

RTX 4090 has about 60% higher core count and about 100% faster core clock speeds, we can assume that the hashrate on the core intensive algorithms will be around 50%-80% higher than on the 3090 Ti. This is good for mining :D

It will be an absolute beast for crypto mining, but I don't see ur average person buying one for gaming etc. I bet that in a few years GPU will be external.

What about power draw and LHR I seen some videos that claim the card has both issues drawing too much power on some systems as well as having a fragile power connector also I haven't kept up with NVIDA cards in a while but has the hashrate limiter (LHR) been fully removed yet?

Personally I'll probably pick up a few last gen cards when the 40 series comes out since they're already on sale for quite cheap in some places unless there's a major improvement in terms of efficiency.

I think the average gamer will probably go with the 4060 or a last gen card since the higher end cards tend to be more for content creators and enthusiasts. Personally my card is nearly 8 years old now and I'll probably be a few more years before I upgrade it

LHR cards are supposed to lock down and limit only Ethereum Hash Rate, and many people have reported the same. Though some coins have anomalous performance nerfs as well. I personally like to bet on safety 😁
