This might be a stupid question, but as a complete novice I've no idea how to go about it.

I've successfully downloaded a database and extracted it, I am now the proud owner of a txt file. The contents of which I am utterly confused by. I can tell that this had been a SQL database function, do I need to open it via SQL compatible database application?

Again, sorry for my ignorance!
