1step: go to temp mail site and copy the temporary email address.
2step:go to the https://www.tiktok.com/  and go the sing up and  choose email and past ur fake mail
          and create the password ur verification code will send to the temp site inbox 
          and u good to go 😎 (if u do it in ur mobile it will be more easy to do)

This method can use to avoid from most spamming but some site detecting it as a temp mail.

make sure to use strong password.

also i don' think Chinese government like this method.
