No such thing as 'breached starter pack.' Each person have different need and use case and many tool exist for them.

Also security is process not product. If there was a 'breached starter pack' it would be a reading list not a tool bundle.

Google search for online opsec and learn about the tools others use. If you want try breaching or cracking start learning the popular tools in Kali.
