Suposing that a web had been maked in drupal or django, according a detector of CMS, then it is will possible that everyone on panel of control, inside these CMS if knew the password? How to protect this situation?

Change the admin page file name.For exampe wordpress has the admin page named wp-login.php.Find the right way to change the name of the file and the problem will be solved

if you mean you want to protect the login page, like others said, change the directory or the login page name

you also can protect the directory with password so there will be another credential to input before someone can access the page
or make a tunneling protocol where only specific IP / VPN / URL can access the page
using 2FA is good too

Wordpress is no 1 cms.
But need more security.
