Noticed? If you mean by Government Agencies, they've surely already been noticed by them, as most cyber criminals or wanabes (who are not Russian or ultra-extremely paranoid) are already actively suggesting Mullvad for use, the only difference being that at present, Mullvad does not serve or cater itself directly to cyber criminals, unlike any of the VPNs that have been taken down in the past, they're a software, and now owner of a hardware Company, based in Sweden- NOT a rinky dink OpenVPN Seller based out of Yekaterinburg.
