At any rate, Breached is currently the best for English speakers.
Maybe for Russian speaking forums, you can find a few alternatives... Not sure it is legit promoting other forums via Breached, however...

Breached is Breached. I daresay it is better than RF

till now nothing is like breached at least from what I know. I heared from Telegram channels but haven't found the good ones till now it seems.
