I found a few security cameras that were connected to the Internet while I was dorking. Although interesting, it is not very useful. Are there any parameters I could add so that it only searches in a specific location?

If you know what your looking for shodan might be better since they are allot better at searching by tags like GeoIP, port numbers etc.
