will i was thinking threat intelligence but seems like 4k is nothing for that.
i have BurpSuite,Nesuss and Maltego purchased, now im left with 4k for any cyber related tool

Id recommend a netgear r7000 , may not be directly security but a good router is a good base.
May be a good secure local data storage, encrypted and double saved just in case
U already have maltego , May be some good APIs for it

no hardware, it has to be software and it has to be one thing that is between 3500-4000$
