After the covid i somehow feel stupid, simple tasks that I did ez like 10 days before are now hard for me. idk if I just think so or its real I just feel stupid.

Yes it took me 6 months to come back in shape. Covid is known for the brain fog. I guess, smoke some weed, it helped me
