If you aren't used to reading documentations, watch a tutorial on youtube and then do some side projects(small game, learn a framework like django etc.). Then learn C or CPP to learn the more advanced stuff that are kept hidden. Then you can start making stuff.

Jetbrains has free courses for a lot of languages including python.
