Dehashed is good. but using multiple ones is best option and not sticking to one.

I don't know about dehashed. It used to be great but it stayed behind, my opnion. You will get better search results in intelx than dehashed. I also agree with above comment to use more than one search engine. There are plenty, keep looking.

If you are creative you will find ways around and get some stuff free. As with any engine there are tricks, sorry I will not share mine :)

No. HIBP is good for a quick lookup by an email. If you don’t wanna pay for some lookup service to give you the possible passwords, you can use HIBP to obtain info about breaches and if you have the databases yourself, you can just lookup those from your hard disk.
