txt and sql are the same thing in essence, the extension doesn't matter.

Yeah, I know the extension doesn't matter, it's just nicer to look at when opened in something like EmEditor without having to manually rename it, it also makes it easier to organize files.
I just don't understand why people bot signups like that, it's a bunch of fucking bullshit!!!

If the website had any type of comment section // way of posting stuff on it they were probably SEO Bots trying to post links to their websites to advertise.

For example, they were probably trying to post stuff like this across the website:
