Use bkcrack, it's what I used for those archives.

But, I have heard it is similar to v1, which you can find here:

I haven't gone through everything there so I'm not sure, but I if that is the case and everything can already be accessed I'll take this down.

Edit: Seems as if you can't download from the website anymore, I'll check for archived versions.
