Well actually I see what you are talking about. If you are concerned about someone is using OSINT tools against you, you likely wouldn't wanna risk that they even know your data has been breached.

You can simply opt out of all the websites that notify about leaks and data breaches. You would tho then to confirm that you own the email that you are trying to opt out from the server. Major websites people use are have I been pwned and dehashed.

Even if your data were running around during data breach, there is no way somebody finds out without these websites which you can easily opt out of.
