I started smoking cigarettes at around 16, moved to e-cigarettes. I see it has a toll on my health and also is just a waste of money. Any tips on quitting?

Yeah I agree, this might be the best way. I tried this once but I ended up getting super sick and after a bit I reverted back. That isn't to show that cold turkey isn't effective, just more a sign of my own weakness.
