Usual Leak Scenarios?

What's the general gist when there's account leaks i.e. social media etc?

I.e. Will majority of these accounts end up just being inaccessible very soon after?  Assuming the account details leaked are having their passwords and credentials changed etc?

Any other info you can lay forth I'd appreciate!

the average number of days to detect a data breach is 192 days bro.

Just wondering why there never seem to be accessible though? That just down to geo security measures etc from platform even? Excuse any noobness lol

Depends on the leak. I don't see anyone taking interest in a facebook account, but if the same password works for an account on a different platform it might as well happen.

If the owner got alert from the site, maybe they change the passwd ASAP
