That's very sad bro :( I know a lot of people coming from these 'harsh' countries applying for studying in Western countries in order to live in a free-er society. Maybe it's relevant for you..

Why to block LinkedIn, Notion, Wikipedia??

Not permanently blocked, just until they register their site to ID government. (Steam is on registration process. Paypal unblocked for the next few days. Wiki+gmail+mediafire not even blocked. Not sure about the others)
