I am in Russia. Apart from North Korea, this is the country with the highest number of blocked sites and resources. Facebook, instagram, linkedln, 90% of news outlets. Tor does not work without an additional VPN. All public VPNs are also blocked. A solid part of foreign teas does not work without vpn. breached.to is also blocked, so I have to go through vpn to tor and that's the only way I can get here.

Yes, and here Roskomnadzor is a local meme. He has long been famous for blocking everything in a row. By mistake, at different times, he banned half a hundred government services. I even blocked myself a couple of times.

Breached, surprisingly, is not blocked in Indonesia.
No VPN here, just accessing from random coffee shops, McDonalds, KFCS and so on.
I expected them to try to kill it, but no action at all.
