The best moment is at 5am after a night awake. It's a moment of clarity for me, a moment when I have tons of energy and lots of ideas. Like a fresh start, a new beginning. I feel most alive at this moment. And then at 10am I feel myself so tired, the vision is also weird, as if I'm in a movie.
I worked during one year night shifts and it has totally broken my sleep rhythm. I then was also addicted to non-sleeping. But after some time I came back to normal and now I'm just old and I go to sleep very early lol.
