Azure because it integrates with everything else for work and because it's in the most demand where I am from.
Vultr for personal projects has a pretty resilient network and a lot of security features built in.

I don't. I store all my important data on my local NAS drives as 3rd party corporations are not to be trusted with such data.

digital ocean is one of the best cloud services I have been using for a long time now
