Is NoFap even worth it?

I'm thinking about starting nofap, read a lot of stuff online about how it like boosts your concentration and helps with social anxiety.
Have any of you guys been on nofap or are currently on it? Have you noticed any changes in yourself?
English is not my first language btw.

If you think about is as 'on' it or 'off' it.. you're setting yourself up for failure.

Here's how you should actually do it (imo ofc)
- follow the rules of nofap, duh
- don't count days as this will only make you think of failures as a 'reset' instead of something you can overcome
- don't think of it as a challenge but an improvement in your life that you want to keep
- educate yourself on the *real* scientifically proven benefits, I recommend watching hamza's videos on this.

Not fapping clogs up the pipes. Regular masturbation stops build ups a blockages in your peepee pipes.

Is this some Proud Boys ruleset?

You'll get some conflicting information, just try it and see how it goes, for me personally I can go for a few weeks at a time and it generally helps with focus and mood.

No.

All the nofappers I've met were weirdly obsessed with the alleged benefits of not doing it and seemed like weirdly "cultish", not sure if that's the exact word.
For what I can gather, there's not much evidence that not fapping will make you better. Maybe the psychological challange will give you a bit of confidence, but again, I'm not sure it's worth devolving into that.

Yes, I hardly do. It keeps your sexual drive strong. Until of course it becomes to much and you have to release. But I have to say, yes it is worth it. I don't fap at all until its too late...haha

it's not a simple yes or no question. Fap usually won't cause physical problem, but the psychological effects are hard to predict.I think the real question is, do you have a fulfilling social life?
