Taiwan is already part of China, will the US be willing to risk nuclear war for Taiwan ? I don't think so, they'll be like the Kurds or the afghan who were on their side. They will evacuate, bring some to the US and abandon the other to their faith

I feel like there are high chance that taiwan will face high aggression but an attach seems unlikely as it would lead to a big turmoil throught the world

I don't think China dared to attack Taiwan, because it knows it has to fight with Japan and US at the same time.
